The 11th-ranked Syracuse women’s lacrosse team beat No. 2 North Carolina, 13-11, on Saturday at Fetzer Field. North Carolina clawed back from two different four-goal, first-half deficits to tie the game at 7-7 after halftime, but Syracuse went on a 6-1 run to retake control.
