CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- The UNC women's tennis team (26-0, 12-0 ACC), swept No. 24 Wake Forest (14-11, 4-7) 4-0 on Saturday morning at the Carolina Tennis Center.
North Carolina began the morning with wins on doubles courts two and three to clinch the doubles point and enter singles play with a 1-0 lead over Wake Forest.
After dropping doubles court one, the No. 6 ranked tandem of Fiona Crawley and Carson Tanguilig recorded a 6-1 victory to give UNC its first win of the day. With the doubles point at stake, Abbey Forbes and Reilly Tran came through with a 6-2 victory at No.
