GREENSBORO (theACC.com) --- The Atlantic Coast Conference was designated for 34 NCAA qualifications for the 2018 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, which will be held March 15-17 at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, the NCAA announced Thursday.
The 34 qualifications ties the ACC's all-time high which was set in 2014 when the conference had seven wrestling programs and in 2016, when the ACC had six programs as it does today.
The ACC was awarded qualifications in the following weight classes: 125 (2), 133 (5), 141 (3), 149 (4), 157 (3), 165 (2), 174 (4), 184 (3), 197 (3) and 285 (5).
