Men's Soccer Blanks No. 4 Pitt, 3-0

CHAPEL HILL—North Carolina scored early and led virtually from start to finish in a 3-0, shutout win over fourth-ranked Pittsburgh on Friday night at Dorrance Field.

Carolina improved to 4-3-2 overall and 4-1-2 in Atlantic Coast Conference play in 2020-21. The Panthers fell to 8-2, 4-1 ACC.

Jimenez scored his goal when he took a long pass from the left corner into the box, creating the space to shoot by evading two Panther defenders for the 1-0 lead.
