Mack Brown’s comments following the James Madison loss are a bad look

Following Saturday’s embarrassing loss to James Madison, reports surfaced through Inside Carolina online that Mack Brown told his players in the locker room that he was “walking away from the job” as the head coach of North Carolina. Brown was the only one to speak to media after the game with no players being made available.

The reports were followed by IC hearing from other sources that Brown did not plan to resign his position and Brown telling ESPN that his comments to the players after the loss were “misconstrued” and that he would not be stepping down.
