Lanie Grant and the No. 1-ranked United States team rolled Sunday against an overmatched Puerto Rico team at the FIBA Women’s World Cup. Grant, who an incoming freshman guard at UNC, scored 10 of her 18 points in the second half and was a team-high +60 as the Americans rolled to a 121-36 win in Irapuato, Mexico, over No. 15 Puerto Rico.
