Kenny Selmon ran just two tenths of a second off of his lifetime best in the 400-meter hurdles to advance to the event final at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships Wednesday. Selmon finished third in his heat with a time of 49.93, but advanced with the third-fastest time overall in the semifinals. “We knew it was going to be tough,” Head Coach Harlis Meaders said.
