CHAPEL HILL – University of North Carolina guard Cameron Johnson earned a spot on the 2019 All-Atlantic Coast Conference first team, while teammates Luke Maye and Coby White made the second team, giving the Tar Heels three of the top 10 spots on the league's all-star teams.
Carolina, Duke and Virginia swept the five spots on the first team with Duke's Zion Williamson and RJ Barrett and Virginia's De'Andre Hunter and Kyle Guy joining Johnson on the first team. UNC and Virginia shared the regular-season ACC title with matching 16-2 records with the Blue Devils in third place at 14-4.
