It’s official: former Tar Heel Harrison Ingram has been selected by the San Antonio Spurs in the second round of the NBA Draft.
Ingram is a 6’7 forward from Dallas, TX. He spent his first two college seasons with Stanford, where is average 10.5 points per game in back-to-back seasons. Following his sophomore season, Ingram decided to hit the transfer portal and play for the Tar Heels. He finished his 2023-24 campaign averaging 12.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game, and shot 43% from the field. While his field goal percentage only moved around a little bit during his college career, his three-point shooting percentage improved quite a bit at UNC — he finished the season shooting at a 38.
