CHAPEL HILL – The North Carolina volleyball team will host its annual Pink Match on Friday, Oct. 21, against Boston College to help raise awareness for breast cancer. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the match to show their support of those have been affected by breast cancer. Get REAL & HEEL will be selling pink t-shirts and accepting donations at the match, with all proceeds benefitting the Get REAL & HEEL Breast Cancer Program.
Get REAL & HEEL is a unique program designed to serve breast cancer patients in North Carolina. It integrates individualized prescriptive exercise with psychosocial therapies to provide a program that strengthens patients’ bodies and minds.
