GREENSBORO, N.C. – North Carolina's diving teams shined once again on Thursday during the second day of the 2021 ACC Women's Championship from the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
Anton Down-Jenkins' school-record effort of 452.25 in the 3-meter event allowed him to capture a second gold medal in as many days after winning the 1-meter on Wednesday.
Alex Hart and Fabian Stepinski also produced personal-best scores in the 3-meter event. Hart's 412.35 gave him the bronze medal, while Stepinski's score of 391.40 placed him fifth.
A day removed from winning the 3-meter gold medal, freshman Aranza Vazquez finished second with a 322.
