COLTON SCORES TWO AS NO. 2 CAROLINA ROUTS FLORIDA, 7-1
GAINESVILLE, FLA. – Second-ranked North Carolina scored three times in the first 29 minutes and out-shot the host Gators, 22-2, in a 7-1 women's soccer win at the University of Florida's Dizney Stadium Thursday evening.
Carolina is 7-0, including 3-0 on the road, while the Gators fall to 1-5-1. The win was the 896th for the UNC women's soccer program and head coach Anson Dorrance, who is the NCAA record-holder, in his 43rd season.
