The U.S. Basketball Writers Association has selected four finalists for the Wayman Tisdale Freshman of the Year Award and UNC's Coby White is on the list. White, a 6-5 guard from Goldsboro, N.C., earned second-team All-ACC honors as a five-time ACC Freshman of the Week.
