While the North Carolina Tar Heels baseball team were given the #4 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament on Monday, when their regional was revealed, there was another headliner in the four-team bracket. Getting the #2 seed in the regional is the reigning national champions and a regular contender in the College World Series: LSU.
The Tigers aren’t quite the same team as the title-winning one from last year, as they lost Paul Skenes and Dylan Crews, who starred on last year’s team and then went with the first two picks in the MLB Draft.
