Chapel Hill is gearing up for the biggest UNC basketball game of the year and the celebrations that could follow. It is a long-standing tradition that when UNC beats Duke, students rush from the Smith Center to Franklin Street. The Chapel Hill Police Department will increase its presence on Franklin Street to make sure any potential celebrations do not get out of hand. (Daily Tar Heel)
