TEMPE, Arizona - Courtney Nagle of the North Carolina women's tennis program has been named ITA Assistant Coach of the Year, while Hayley Carter earned ITA Senior Player of the Year honors, announced on Tuesday by The Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Nagle joins Sara Anundsen (2011) as the only Tar Heel assistants to win the award. Carter is also the second UNC player to earn the top senior award in the nation with Jenna Long garnering the honor in 2007.
