CHAPEL HILL - Top ranked North Carolina dispatched Virginia Tech on Sunday afternoon by a 4-0 scoreline to remain unbeaten this season from Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.
North Carolina (16-0, 4-0 ACC) received singles wins from Anika Yarlagadda, Sara Daavettila and Alexa Graham to extend its home winning streak to 32 straight matches.
Daavettila's win was her 125th singles victory of her career, the sixth most in program history.
The doubles point went to the Tar Heels for the 16th time in 16 dual matches. Cameron Morra and Elizabeth Scotty snapped a mini two-match losing streak with a dominating 6-1 win on court three.
