For the 10th consecutive week, the North Carolina women's tennis team sits atop the women's national rankings, as Oracle and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced the latest Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Men's and Women's Division I National Rankings.
Crowned champions at the 2018 ITA Division I National Women's Team Indoor Championship, North Carolina holds a 22-2 record, with an 11-1 mark in ACC play. The Tar Heels play at No. 4 Duke (19-2, 11-1 ACC) on Friday, and then host Pittsburgh on Sunday.
The winner between the Tar Heels and Blue Devils on Friday in Durham will have the upper hand in garnering the ACC regular season crown and the top seed in the league's championship event that will take place April 25-29 at Cary Tennis Center.
