CHAPEL HILL - Led by Destinee Walker’s 21 points, four players scored in double figures to send North Carolina to a 90-55 victory over Coppin State on Wednesday afternoon from Carmichael Arena.
Walker registered her second-straight game with at least 20 points after putting up 25 last time out against Jacksonville. Stephanie Watts notched her sixth double-double of the season, tying Virginia Tech’s Sidney Cook for the most in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
The sophomore sharpshooter had 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Paris Kea was one rebound shy of her own double-double with 17 points and nine boards.
