CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – University of North Carolina Men's Lacrosse Coach Joe Breschi, who has led the Tar Heels to 10 NCAA Tournaments, a national title and is the program's winningest head coach, has agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension. The new contract runs through June 30, 2026.
"Coach Breschi is proud to teach Tar Heel student-athletes not only how to succeed in competition, but also how to give back to the community while balancing academic responsibilities,'' UNC Director of Athletics Bubba Cunningham said. "He brings in talented recruits, builds great camaraderie, graduates strong leaders and knows how to win championships.
