CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – North Carolina earned its third shutout victory of the season Monday, beating Campbell 7-0 at Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center. UNC improved to 3-0 on the year, while the visiting Camels fell to 1-2.
"I thought we had much better focus today," UNC coach Sam Paul said. "I'm happy with today's performance."
UNC now looks ahead to ITA Kickoff Weekend, in which the Tar Heels will host Drake, Michigan and South Carolina. Men's action begins Saturday at 9 a.m., when the Wolverines and Gamecocks meet. The Tar Heels then take on Drake at 12:30 p.
