CHAPEL HILL - No. 3 seed North Carolina begins its pursuit of an NCAA Championship this weekend by hosting the first and second rounds of the NCAA Women's Tennis Championship at Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.
The Tar Heels welcome East Tennessee State, Northwestern and Ole Miss to Chapel Hill for one of 16 regional sites across the country that will compete this coming weekend.
Northwestern and Ole Miss will get the action going Friday morning at 10 a.m., before Carolina will take on ETSU later that day at 1 p.m. Gates open at 9 a.m.
Tickets for the event are $5 per day.
