GREENSBORO, N.C. – North Carolina and Wake Forest hold the top two seeds for the 30th annual Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Soccer Championship, set to begin Wednesday, Nov. 2. Both the Tar Heels and Demon Deacons repeated as divisional champions from a year ago.
Top-seeded North Carolina (11-2-3, 5-1-2 ACC), currently ranked No. 3 in the country, earned the Coastal Division title with 17 points and will host a quarterfinal match against the winner of No. 9 Virginia Tech (10-4-3, 3-4-1) and No. 8 Boston College (7-7-2, 3-3-2).
Wake Forest (12-2-3, 5-1-2) finished the regular season with 17 points to claim the Atlantic Division title.
