FORT WORTH, Texas –Deja Kelly scored a career-high 25 points in a return to her home state and grabbed a career-best 15 rebounds to go with 16 points as the North Carolina women's basketball team earned a 79-46 win at TCU on Sunday. With the victory at Schollmaier Arena, UNC improved to 4-0 on the season heading into this week's Thanksgiving trip to the Goombay Splash in Bimini, Bahamas.
For the fourth game in a row, the Tar Heels led wire-to-wire and held their opponent under 50 points. Grad student Carlie Littlefield got UNC on the board first with a three-pointer 54 seconds into the action, and the Tar Heels led 17-8 by the end of the first quarter.
