GREENSBORO, N.C. - The North Carolina diving program dominated the first day of the 2021 ACC Women's Championship on Wednesday from the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
The first medals of the four-day championship were handed out in the men's one-meter event. Carolina took home the gold and silver medals as junior Anton Down-Jenkins placed first, while sophomore Alex Hart was the runner-up.
Freshman Aranza Vazquez continued her dominating form since joining the Tar Heels in December by winning the women's three-meter event to earn the gold medal with a score of 376.
