In the most extensive action of his young career, true freshman TB Javonte Williams rushed for 93 yards and three touchdowns to lead a balanced offensive attack. QB Nathan Elliott threw for 308 yards and two scores as the Tar Heels gained a season-high 654 yards of offense in the victory. Defensively, Carolina tallied a season-best 12 tackles for loss and four sacks.
