CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Coastal Division champion North Carolina will face Atlantic Division winner Clemson in the 2015 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship Game on Saturday, Dec. 4, at 8 p.m., in Charlotte, N.C.
Both teams are ranked in the Top 10 in both the Associated Press and Coaches polls. The Tar Heels climbed to No. 8, while Clemson remained at No. 1, where it has been for the last month. This is the highest AP ranking for UNC since finishing the 1997 season at No. 6.
The Tar Heels have won a school-record 11 in a row, are 11-1 overall and finished undefeated in ACC play (8-0) for the first time since 1980.
