Two local sneaker stores owners are named in the investigation into University of North Carolina student-athletes selling team issued gear, said the practice is common and widespread. On Monday, UNC identified 13 football players who were suspended after they sold team-issued sneakers. Mike Phillips, owner of SirCastleTees in Raleigh, was named in the university-released documents. (CBS 17)
