The former NC State commit recently de-committed from the Wolfpack while visiting Kentucky, so it definitely seemed like the Cats were in the driver’s seat for Smith’s services.
The 6’4 295 pound Smith chose the Cats over schools like NC State, Miami (FL), Kansas State, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Missouri, and many, many other schools.
