Last May, news broke that NC State and Kansas had agreed to a home-and-home men’s basketball series, with the first game played in Lawrence this past season and the second game scheduled in Raleigh for the 2025-26 season.
On December 14th, the Wolfpack fell to the Jayhawks 60-75. At the time, Kansas was ranked 10th nationally and covered the spread as 14.5-point favorites. The total went under, sitting at 144.5.
Kansas was the better shooting team, making 56.6% from the field, while NC State shot 36.8%. The Jayhawks were +8 on the boards, but the away team was scrappy, snagging three more offensive rebounds and creating five more turnovers.
