NC State fans didn’t get to see a ton out of Wide Receiver Terrell Timmons, but what they did see, was hard to forget. As a True Freshman, Timmons had 3 receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown.
Two of the three catches were SportsCenter worthy. The first being a 43-yard bomb from M.J. Morris, where he leapt on the run to high-point a ball in traffic. The second being a 28-yard touchdown against rival UNC, where he simply outran two defenders going across the middle.
With Devin Carter off to West Virginia, NC State is in need of height, speed and athleticism on the outside, that can stretch the field vertically.
