Last Thursday, South Carolina Tight End Connor Cox (6’6″/242) told me last Thursday that he was planning on taking an Official Visit to NC State early this week.
Cox confirmed with me this morning that he has cancelled his Official Visit to NC State, and doesn’t have plans to reschedule.
Cox cancelled his visit to schedule a visit to UNC, which is a little salt in the wound. He has already taken an Official Visit to Kansas.
He played in 5 games as a True Freshman in 2023, logging 21 snaps at Tight End, and 20 snaps on Special Teams.
