Philip Rivers continues to prove that he is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, and this Sunday was a great testament to that. The Chargers fell short on the comeback effort but Rivers was outstanding as he completed 43-65 for 503 yards and 2 touchdowns. Rivers set the San Diego Chargers franchise record for completed passes and passing yards in a single game as well as passing attempts. Even though it was an historic day for Rivers; I am confident that he is more concerned about losing. The Chargers came up just short as they couldn’t punch the ball in for a touchdown to tied the game in the waning seconds.
