Well, this was probably inevitable. N.C. State fans really, really don’t like North Carolina, and many have gotten a lot of joy out of the recent academic scandal in Chapel Hill. We’ve seen many fans get custom license plates, many of which are used to taunt rival fans. This “UNCCHE@T” license plate was bound to be made—the only real question was whether a Duke fan would be a State fan to the punch.
