NC State’s Ryan Finley is the 4th highest graded quarterback through the first 5 weeks of the 2018 college football season according to ProFootballFocus.
Finley was the #1 graded quarterback nationally after Week 4, but as you can see the Top-4 signal callers are within 5 decimal points of each other.
Even though Finley’s grade dropped slightly after his performance against UVA, he was still the 2nd best graded ACC quarterback in Week 4.
Finley continues to be one of the best quarterbacks in the nation, and will look to maintain that status this Saturday against Boston College.
