With a pair of third-period takedowns, including the winning takedown with five seconds left with the score tied, #7 Macchiavello scored a 7-5 win over #1 Kollin Moore of Ohio State at 197 pounds.

#2 Ohio State (14-1) claimed the win in eight of the 10 individual bouts and downed the #6 Wolfpack (15-2) 29-6 in Reynolds in the final dual of the 2017-18 season.
