Despite the end of the 2019-20 College Basketball season being cut short, Head Coach Kevin Keatts managed to lead NC State to another season with 20+ wins (20-12).
Keatts has now led the Wolfpack to 3 consecutive 20+ win seasons to start his ACC head coaching career, becoming only the 7th coach in conference history to do so. He joins Everett Case (NC State), Mark Gottfried (NC State), Jeff Jones (UVA), Bill Guthridge (UNC), Skip Prosser (Wake) and Rick Pitino (Louisville).
If Keatts can pull off the feat for a 4th consecutive time next year (which he should with the 2020 recruiting class coming in), he will join Prosser and Gottfried as third coach in ACC history to open his ACC head coaching career with 4 consecutive 20+ win s seasons.
