13 NC State players have already declared they are entering the Transfer Portal. Where does that leave things at each position group on offense heading into 2024?

NC State will obviously try to land a starting Quarterback in the Transfer Portal, but I expect them to try to snag two QB’s in the Portal. One of the reasons that seems pertinent, is I’ve been nervous if Cedrick Bailey will in fact stay true to his verbal commitment to NC State after receiving an offer from Miami on November 19th.
