NC State’s 23-man 2025 Football Recruiting Class currently ranks 35th nationally, according to ON3. Nineteen of the 23 commits have signed their National Letter of Intent. Although Rivals no longer includes Running Back Kentrell Rinehart in the Wolfpack’s class, ON3, ESPN, and 247Sports still do. Until he is removed by the rest, or there is confirmation that he is no longer committed, I will continue to consider him an NC State commit
