NC State played its spring game on Saturday, and I don’t want to alarm anyone—I’m sure it’s nothing—but Jaylen Samuels did not get a single touch during the contest. Most likely the coaching staff was playing it safe by keeping JaySam out of the proceedings, since none of it counted for anything. That’s just my guess, okay, I’m not a mind reader. There is no need for an excessive amount of conjecture—”oh, well, Steven, maybe he graduated and went on to a hugely successful NFL career and we are all proud of him”—I’ll have none of that, pal.
