N.C. State started the second half of its ACC schedule showing once again it’s a different team than the one that started league play five weeks ago.
The Wolfpack dominated Notre Dame from the start Saturday, scoring the game’s first nine points, building a 16-point halftime lead and rolling to a 76-58 win at PNC Arena.
This win showed progress because it was one month ago on Jan. 3 that Notre Dame blasted the Wolfpack, 88-58.
The teams have swapped slots since then as the Wolfpack never trailed the Irish (13-10, 3-7 ACC) in the rematch.
