Even though NC State fell to South Carolina 28-35 on Saturday in their season opener, a few Wolfpack players played so well that they find themselves at the top of a few ACC statistical categories.
After week 1, Wolfpack Quarterback Ryan Finley is 1st in the ACC in pass attempts, completions, and passing yards. Finley’s 45 completions are a new school record, and his 45 pass attempts ranks second.
NC State H-Back Jaylen Samuels’ 15 catches against South Carolina were the most by any player in the ACC in week 1.
