NC State picks up Florida State transfer safety Cyrus Fagan

NC State hit the transfer market to bolster its secondary for the second time this fall, in this case adding veteran Florida State safety Cyrus Fagan, who left the Seminoles program in October after appearing in the team’s first three games.

Fagan was a consensus four-star prospect in the class of 2017 and ranked in the top 100. He played right away for the Seminoles, and after a limited freshman year, appeared in all 12 games as a sophomore, recording 24 tackles.
