Punter Caden Noonkester just announced that he has re-signed with Savage Wolves, NC State’s Football NIL Branch (as a part of 1Pack), which means he will be returning in 2025. He has 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Noonkester is a former walk-on that earned the starting job at the end of the 2022 season, starting the final 4 regular season games, as well as the bowl game against Maryland.
He has served as the Wolfpack’s starting Punter for the past two seasons. Noonkester’s career punting average is 43.0 yards, which ranks 3rd in NC State history.
