NC State’s Kevin Keatts was busy yesterday, offering 2021 Shooting Guard Terquavion Smith and Point Guard Cam Hayes, the #1 player in the state of North Carolina in 2021. He also offered 2021 Point Guard Breon Pass yesterday as well.

Pass averaged 17.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.1 steals per game for Reidsville High School last year as a Freshman.
His 1st Division-1 offer came from East Carolina.
