NC State is getting a scoring machine in 2024.
2024 signee Paul McNeil Jr. scored 71 points in Richmond’s 118-52 victory over Lee County last night, breaking the NCHSAA state record for most points in a single game, which had stood unscathed for 74 years. McNeil broke Bob Poole’s record of 67 points that he scored in 1950 for Clayton.
McNeil scored 19 more points than Lee County.
BIG win for @HoopsRichmond tonight. You’ll notice that #2 Paul McNeil scored a few of those points. #GoRaiders pic.
