The 2018 NC State Men’s Soccer season came to an end Sunday in the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament, falling to #15 Maryland 2-0. It was truly a dominating performance by the Terrapins, piling 12 shots on the Wolfpack, compared to their 1.
Despite the loss, NC State continued to make huge steps in the right direction in 2018.
- Finished with a 10-7-2 record, marking the first time the Wolfpack have won 10+ games since 2012.
- Back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances for the first time since 1991-92.
- Won first NCAA Tournament game since 1994, defeating Campbell 4-1.
