The initial Winter Directors’ Cup standings are out, and NC State is sitting in 14th place. Back in January, the Wolfpack was ranked 23rd in the final Fall standings.
The final Winter standings will be released after the conclusion of women’s bowling, men’s hockey, men’s gymnastics, and women’s gymnastics—with only the latter being relevant to NC State.
The Wolfpack women’s basketball team finished 9th in the final AP Poll, contributing 64 points. They won the ACC Regular Season Championship, advanced to the ACC Tournament Championship game, and reached the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.
