Well, folks, [place heavy sigh here] ... the injury situation in Raleigh is not improving. NC State confirmed Monday that offensive tackle Justin Witt, cornerback Chris Ingram, and cornerback Teshaun Smith will miss the rest of the 2019 season because of injuries.
Ingram suffered a leg injury late in the first half of the Syracuse game and didn’t play against Boston College. Smith also was hurt during the Syracuse game, while Witt hasn’t played since the FSU game.
NC State hasn’t had both starting corners healthy since the first week—Nick McCloud hasn’t played since that game and who knows if he’ll ever make it back this year.
