Technically speaking, Pass is out of years of eligibility, but he’s banking on the NCAA passing new legislation that would grant players five years of eligibility. Wolfpack forward Ben Middlebrooks is banking on the same thing. Earlier in the year, news started swirling that this was a possibility, but as things currently stand, nothing has been passed.
